Kumquat Mini Muffins
Tidbits...The abundant tiny fruit on my kumquat plant are high in vitamin "C". I watch them ripen day by day and when they are really ripe, I pick them and enjoy them in so many recipes. These moist muffins are great for breakfast and high in vitamin "C" too.
