Ingredients
- Puff pastry sheets - 2 (frozen_
- Spinach - 1cup frozen, thawed
- Scamorza cheese - 1/2 cup cut in small pieces
- Parmesan - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove minced
- Prosciutto - 1/2 cup cut in thin strips
- Ricotta - 1 cup
Instructions
- Defrost 1 puff pastry sheet, lightly flour work surface and roll out.
- Combine spinach cheese, prosciuto, minced garlic and parmesan
- Spread ricotta over puff pastry, then layer chopped spinach, prosciuto, minced garlic, and parmesan.
- Bake in 375° F Roven for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
