Dentice con salsa di Scalogni e arance
Tidbits...this oven fish is mild and very tasty! The orange adds the right "zip"
Ingredients
- Dentice - 2 filetti 400g ciascuno
- Scaglione - 1 tritata
- Pepperoni verde - 2 piccole
- Arancia - 1
- Vino Bianco - 1 bicchiere
- Pinoli - 50 g
- Soncino - 250 g
- Olio di olive extravergine - 3 cucchiai
- Granello di Pepe verde - Grattugiata
Instructions
- Marinate fillets in white wine with chopped scallions and sliced green pepper, salt and ground peppercorns for at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
- Drain and dry filets, then place on baking dish lined with parchment.
- Top with strained scallions and peppers. Salt and freshly grind green peppercorns to taste. Sprinkle with chopped pine nuts and bake for 20 -25 minutes in 400˚ pre-heated oven.
- Serve with salad greens flavored with olive oil , salt, green pepper and a squeeze of fresh orange juice.
