Pepper Pops (Cake pops for Grownups)
Tidbits...I bought a dark chocolate bar laced with hot red pepper. The two tastes seemed mismatched but my curiosity made me try it. The taste was "Wow". First the chocolate melts in your mouth and moments after comes a hot peppery explosion. I used the chocolate in these cake pops. The result is not exactly like the chocolate bar, but interesting nonetheless.
