Chocolate Chip Brownies
Tidbits...Rich, moist, double chocolate BROWNIES Enough said!
Ingredients
- Butter - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- Flour - 1 cup
- Cocoa - 75 g
- Eggs - 4
- Bitter chocolate - 2 Squares
- Chocolate Chips - 1 cup
- Vanilla - 1 tsp.
- Salt - A pinch
- Powdered Sugar - Sprinkle overtop
Instructions
- Melt butter with cocoa and chocolate squares.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light in color about 3 or 4 minutes.
- Add melted butter and chocolate and blend well.
- Mix in flour and vanilla.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350˚ for 25 minutes in 13 by 9 inch buttered and lightly floured pan. Serve and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
