Twice Baked Potatoes
Tidbits...This recipe is simple, savory and very popular.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 6 medium
- Bacon - 3 slices fried crisp
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Butter - Approx. 1 T
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Preheat ove 375° F. Pierce skin of potatoes with fork and bake whole without peeling skin.
- Bake about 20 minutes until tender.
- Cut in half and scoop out pulp with a spoon being careful not to damage skins.
- Make pureé with warm milk and a pat of butter.
- Fill skin halves with pureé. Put bacon bits on top and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Return to oven and broil until golden.
