Yogurt Herb Salsa
Tidbits...This versatile salsa can accompany steaks, seafood or raw and cooked vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 150 g
- Thyme (fresh) - 1 tsp.
- Marjoram leaves - 1 tsp. chopped
- Chives - 1 tsp. chopped
- Boiled egg - 1 chopped
- Cream - 5 tsp.
- Garlic - 1/2 clove minced
- Lemon Juice - 2 T
- Salt and White Pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 2 T
Instructions
- Wash herbs and make an emulsion with 2 T olive oil. Set aside.
- Put the yogurt, cream and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
- Finely chop boiled egg and add to salsa with herb mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
