Pumpkin Marmalade
Ingredients
- Pumpkin (fresh( - 1 kg cubed
- Sugar - 200 g
- Lemon - 1 (zest)
- Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.
Instructions
- Mix the cubed pumpkin with the sugar and let marinate overnight in a cool place.
- Cook the pumpkin, with the lemon zest and nutmeg stirring frequently for about an hour. Mettete al fuoco con la scorza grattugiata dei limone e un pizzico di noce moscata.
- Crumble the amaretti into the pumpkin mixture and mix well with a hand held blender. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal well.
