Ingredients
- Red Rice - 350 g
- Broth - 1 liter
- Cherry tomatoes - 8
- Red onion - 1/2
- Green pitted olives - 1/2 cup
- Clams
- Lemon - Zest and juice
- Olive oil - 2 -3 T
- Sea salt - Pinch
