Piña Colada
Tidbits...Let's get in the summertime spirit with this luscious cocktail. It is the national cocktail of Puerto Rico and even has its own holiday celebrated on July 10th.
Ingredients
- White rum - 1 1/2 oz.
- Coconut Syrup - 3 oz.
- Pineapple Juice - 6 oz.
- Lime - 1 sliced for garnish
- Fresh mint - For garnish
- Icecubes
Instructions
- Put ice cubes in blender and pour in rum, coconut syrup, pineapple juice.
- Blend for 2 minutes until ice is crushed and cocktail is foamy. Serve cold with a slice of lime and sprig of mint on each glass.
