Crema Caffè
Tidbits...Almost every coffee bar has a version of crema caffè. It is thick, creamy, eaten with a spoon. Soooo delicious!
Ingredients
- Espresso Ristretto - 3 espresso cups
- Sugar - 3 tsp.
- Whipped cream - 250 g
Instructions
- Make coffee mix in sugar and let cool to room temperature
- Whip cream and coffee mixture in chilled bowl with chilled beaters.
- It won't whip like cream but thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Put in freezer for 2 hours. Stir every 15 minutes to keep crystals from forming.
- Serve and enjoy!
