Ingredients
- Crusty Dark Bread - 1 loaf
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 T
- Grated parmesan - 90 g
Instructions
1. Cut the slices into rectangles approximately 1 inch by 3 in
2. Drizzle olive oil in a large saute pan
3. Turn on heat to med./high and when hot add bread pieces and drizzle more oil over the tops.
4. Brown on each side then heavily grate the cheese over all and remove when lightly browned.
5. Serve the toasts with different toppings. Or in minestrone.
