Caprese Salad
Tidbits...I can't think of anything more sublime than mozzarella bufala fresh from Campana. The extraordinary taste is unique!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 4
- Mozzarella bufala - 200 g
- Fresh Basil Leaves - as needed
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Cracked black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes.then salt and pepper them with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cut mozzarella in half and put a tomato slice between halves. Top with cracked pepper and olive oil.
