Blueberry Curd Tartletss
Tidbits...This vibrant violet colored blueberry curd tart is delicious and so beautiful. The taste is tangy and just the right sweetness.
Ingredients
- Pie Crust - 2 discs ready made
- Blueberry Curd (See recipe on bllog) - 2 cups
- Slivered toasted/20 almonds - 1 cup for garnish
- Fresh Blueberries - 1 cup for garnish
Instructions
- On a lightly floured surface cut circles of pie crust and put in tart molds. Prick bottom with a fork and bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated 375˚ F oven until golden. Remove and let cool.
- Spoon blueberry curd over crust and decorate with fresh blueberries and slivered almonds.
