- Linguine - 250 g
- Jumbo shrimp or scampi - 1 kg
- Zucchini - 1 thinly sliced in rounds
- Extra virgin olive oil - 4 T
- White wine - 1/2 cup

- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ginger root - 1 tsp. grated
- Sea salt - pinch
Instructions
- In large skillet over lively heat add olive oil , ginger and garlc clove. When garlic is golden remove clove.
- Add cleaned shrimp and when well coated and hot, add white wine and pinch of sea salt. Cook on high 4 -5 minutes. Reserve liquid.
- Put cooked shrimp briefly on hot grill with zucchini and sprinkle with hot pepper flakes.
- Cook linguine, drain and add to reserved cooking liquid from shrimp. Stir until all strands are well coated, then add grilled zucchini and shrimp with another grating of hot pepper.
